01. Research

We will create a competitive market analysis (CMA) to help determine the current value of your property and present our selling and marketing strategy.
Button03. List
Time to complete the “Listing Agreement”. This covers the basic terms of our mutual agreement and gives us permission to advertise and handle the sale of your property. Now we decide on a listing price and a date to put the property on the market.
Button04. Prepare
To get the most money out of the sale of your property it needs to be prepared to sell. Your home should be as clean and clutter free as possible inside and out.
Button05. Marketing
We will create a virtual representation of your property including vibrant photos and video tours of the interior and exterior combined with intriguing written descriptions.
Button06. Negotiate
In today’s market, receiving multiple offers is a common occurrence. We will help you fully understand every offer that is presented and accept the one that best meets your needs.
Button07. Close
Once under contract we will work closely with the buyer’s agent, title company and lending institution to ensure all due dates and deadlines are met. Our job isn’t finished until the funds are in your possession. Time to celebrate!
