Dave Jessup began his career in real estate in 2013 after 20 years of working at resorts in Utah and Fiji. While attending college in Utah Dave started working for Powder Mountain Ski Resort and after graduation he continued as the resorts Marketing Director, Events Coordinator, and Conservation Liaison. Dave and his wife Misty moved to Montana in 2011 after being overwhelmed by the area’s raw beauty and sport based lifestyle. Being an outdoor enthusiast, Dave understands the importance and appeal of living where you love to play and can help you make the right choices in your purchase. Born and raised in northeast PA, Rachel was drawn to the west and rivers at an early age. She was captivated with the vastness and beauty of southwestern MT and the endless fly fishing opportunities the west had to offer. In 2015, Rachel pursued her life long dream of making the move from the east after working 4 years traveling the US researching and creating abstract of titles for acquisition companies. After eventually settling in Bozeman Montana, Rachel began working for a major contractor, managing custom luxury home construction projects in the Yellowstone Club. Rachel now works part time for a small scale architectural and contracting construction company as a Project Manager in West Yellowstone Mt, in addition to her work with Misty Mountain Property. Rachel’s combined proficiency and experience with property title and real estate construction gives her a unique perspective and knowledge base that she looks forward to serving you with.
