6245 McGee Lane, Helena, MT 59602

Property Description

Nestled in the Big Belt Mountains north of Hauser Lake and the Helena valley is this gorgeous tract of land bordered by National Forest. This property has a productive well, an improved road with a leveled build pad, and an outhouse with a sink and finished floor. Recreation surrounds the area including hunting, hiking, ATV riding, boating, fishing, camping, snowmobiling, and horseback riding. The surrounding area provides many hunting opportunities with a general tag, and the chance to pursue elk, mule deer, and whitetail. Just minutes away from the quaint town of York and forty minutes to Helena and the airport, this property provides an outdoorsman or woman endless opportunity, yet it is still close to amenities when desired. The mountain parcel lies on the back side of El Dorado Heights, with laid back covenants and access to a shared boat ramp, playground, picnic site, and mining area where members are allowed to dig for sapphires and gold as they see fit. The homes in the area are tastefully constructed, but far enough away where you never have to see a neighbor unless you want to! Fishing in Hauser Lake and the Missouri River is world class and only minutes away. The property encompasses two mountain tops with panoramic 360-degree views of both the Big Belt and Elkhorn ranges. Power is on the property, and there are several nice building sites. The topography feels amazingly three dimensional, with large boulders, gradual slopes, ridges, benches, saddles, mountain tops, and truly one-of-a-kind views. Priced right, and with all these features, land like this is hard to come by.
